Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Returns are applicable only on orders shipped within India. We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged, and in an unused condition.
Please do not worry In case of any query, damage or loss of products in transit; you must inform us to facilitate the return or exchange of the product within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the order. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will replace the product. The damaged product has to be dispatched back within 3 working days.
If you have received a damaged product that is part of a set please note the entire set will have to be returned for an exchange or refund. So, we ask that you keep the entire set intact to ensure an easy return process.
Please make sure that the return product is packed well to avoid any further damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the replacement / code to be processed.
Returns / refunds / replacements are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7-12 working days.
Please note that we depend on the credit/debit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

We do not accept any cancellation requests.

Standard delivery in 3 to 14 working days.
We don’t typically accept returns and we have a no cancelation policy. Please do not worry In case of any query, damage or loss of products in transit, you must inform us within 24-48 hours of this issue, we will help to solve it for you as quickly as possible.
