Request for cancellation of orders once placed on www.gndartstudio.com shall be handled on a case to case basis and may be denied in case GND Art Studio deems it necessary to do so.

This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by GND Art Studio for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. GND Art Studio reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, GND Art Studio has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.gndartstudio.com without prior intimation whatsoever.
GND Art Studio will not be liable for any type or kind of credit/debit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
GND Art Studio shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered.
Customer Service Policy
GND Art Studio is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe
Care Instructions
If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

The trademark “GND Art Studio” is a proprietary trademark of Darshit Kathrotiya, used under a permitted license by GND Art Studio.

Buying an original painting, assumes that you buy the physical object to have and enjoy. You own the artwork, not the copyright to it.
The copyright remains with GND Art Studio unless:
-They specifically signed over their copyright to the buyer.
-The copyright has expired.
Unless one of these circumstances applies, original piece buyer does not automatically acquire the right to reproduce a painting as prints, cards, posters, on clothing, etc, when they purchase a painting – you’re acquiring the right to own and enjoy the item but not the right to reproduce it.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Returns are applicable only on orders shipped within India. We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged, and in an unused condition.
Please do not worry In case of any query, damage or loss of products in transit; you must inform us to facilitate the return or exchange of the product within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the order. We ask that you include images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will replace the product. The damaged product has to be dispatched back within 3 working days.
If you have received a damaged product that is part of a set please note the entire set will have to be returned for an exchange or refund. So, we ask that you keep the entire set intact to ensure an easy return process.
Please make sure that the return product is packed well to avoid any further damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the replacement / code to be processed.
Returns / refunds / replacements are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7-12 working days.
Please note that we depend on the credit/debit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
